2) AFTER ALMOST FIVE GODDAMNED YEARS I AM FINALLY GETTING PROMOTED TO CORPORAL OF MARINES!!!

So, I just received the news that I might be looking into mortgages much sooner than I'd anticipated. My landlord just called me up and told me that I can't fully renew the lease on my apartment because he wants to renovate like crazy.
